Meet our Director

Hi, I’m John

I’m a former CFO, commercial finance manager, an accountant (CPA), a qualified builder, an experienced real estate investor and active property developer.

This spectrum of experience means my clients benefit from both detailed, data driven reporting and practical, real world experience.

Our Foundation

IPP was founded after too many conversations with colleagues, friends and family that were achieving less than their ideal result when buying, selling or investing in property.

The common threads in each discussion were experiences of:

- confusion and frustration about conflicting advice
- some agents over promising and under-delivering, and
- not knowing where or how to start researching for themselves

So after more than 15 years experience in the industry, I set out to provide clients with truly independent property advice.
